DR MAHIMA BAKSHI

A fitness and wellness expert and a physiotherapist, Dr Bakshi designs and conducts workshops on preventive healthcare through exercise therapy, nutrition and family counselling. She also hosts corporate programs for large organisations, adolescent programs for schools, antenatal postnatal programs for pregnancy, sports program for sports players and premenopausal program for women in their 40s. Incidentally, Dr Bakshi has also acted with Bipasha Basu in Creature 3D and was highly-inspired by the actress to promote fitness among women.
